Curtiss Tate is the owner of Curtiss Tates Tire & Service. He began his career at his dads shop, Bob Tates Tire in Bartlesville and moved to Grove, OK to start his own tire shop in 1995. Curtiss has always believed that service after the sale is a big priority. The loyal customer base, old and new, over the past 23 years is proof that this belief is put into action day after day. Curtiss never meets a stranger and his high-energy, enthusiastic approach to life is contagious to those with whom he comes in contact.
Curtiss is an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and boating. He especially enjoys Grand Lake and all that it has to offer. He is the father of 3 children (Seth, Sam & Tucker) and enjoys spending time with them and his wife Jamie.
Josh joined our company in November 2010 and has been our Lead Mechanic until he moved into the Store Manager position in June 2017. As Store Manager, Josh overseas the day-to-day operations of the store.
Melissa joined the company in August 2015. She handles many of the corporate functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable and human resources. Melissa brings over 20 years of accounting experience to the team. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys baking desserts and other baked goods. Her favorite vacation spot is anywhere with a beach.
