Kindle Fire Raffle

The Friends of the Langley Public Library are raffling a Kindle Fire Tablet on February 14, 2017 to one lucky winner. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.

The Kindle Fire has a 7-inch display screen, is portable, light, and thin yet durable and WiFi compatible with 8GB of storage. This gives the winner the ability to read books, watch downloaded movies plus, play games and much more. You can also use the Kindle Fire to get access to Netflix, TV shows, HBO, as well as access programs and games such as Facebook, Twitter, Pandora and Angry Bird Space and other popular apps.

The Langley Public Library, through the Oklahoma Virtual Library, offers you the ability to borrow FREE Kindle compatible books, read magazines, as well as the ability to listen to audiobooks.

The mission of The Friends of the Langley Public Library’s is to assist the library by funding a portion of the operational expenses for the library that are not covered in the Town budget such as E-Books, Summer Tutoring, Summer Reading Program, Book Discussion Group, and the 62+ Club.

Tickets can be purchased from any Friends of the Langley Public Library, or at the Library during regular hours.
