Dictionaries for Every 3rd Grader

Rotarian's gathered on Monday to label 500 dictionaries. The dictionaries will soon be distributed to every third-grader in all nine Delaware County school districts. For many kids, this will be the first book that belongs to them. Susan Bass is the chairman of this annual program.
