Ribbon cutting - Turtle Stop
Attending the ribbon cutting from the Wyandotte tribe include Kelly Carpino, Tony Porterfield, Josh Bryd, Norma Hildabrand, Vivian Fink, Ramona Reid, Eric Lofland, and Ron Brown among many others. Members businesses represented at the ribbon cutting were Grand Lake Dental, Grove’s Royal Party Solutions, Grand River Abstract and Title Co., Grand Savings Bank, Capital Carpet Cleaning, AmeriSpec Home Inspections, and United Fidelity Funding Corp.
A ribbon cutting was held to welcome a second location Turtle Stop in Grove by the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors on Thursday, March 2. The Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma has recently purchased the former OnCue Convenience Store located at 1101 E. Hwy 10. Plans for the store include updates to the interior of the store and expanding the food service program to include pizza and hot deli items. Other Turtle Stop locations include the store on north 59 Highway in Grove, a store in Wyandotte, and a store in Seneca, Missouri which was just added last year.
