Schwan's Believes in Second Chance Pet Rescue of Grand Lake

Maybe you have seen a Schwan's truck in the Grove area or your neighborhood.  Maybe you are already a customer? Many love the food and the convenience of Schwan's and now they are supporting non-profits by giving back! 

 

Second Chance Pet Rescue of Grand Lake and Schwan's have started a fundraising campaign for Schwan's current customers or future customers to benefit our non-profit life saving animal rescue.  We have a goal of $1,000 for this fundraising campaign and there are only 38 days left!  The money will come from gift cards or orders through Schwan's.  For any purchases you plan to make either as a continuing or a new customer, please make through the Schwan's Cares process as described below.   

There are 3 ways to place a fundraising order:

Through the Schwan’s Cares fundraising campaign, Second Chance Pet Rescue's  Campaign ID Number is: 30801

(1) Choose “Buy Now” to purchase an eGift Card - ONLINE Only - limit 1 per customer, per campaign.
(2) Choose “Shop Now” to place a food order from Schwan’s. So easy to do and you can support either at the campaign level or at an individual fundraiser level using Campaign ID# 30801.
(3) By Phone. Place your order via toll free number 1-855-870-7208. Make sure to provide the Campaign ID# 30801 when ordering by phone
(4) Participate Via Schwans.com https://www.schwans-cares.com/campaigns   During checkout simply type in our Campaign ID# 30801 to contribute to our fundraiser.
