New Amenities Available for General Public at Shangri-La

The summer of 2017 brings some exciting changes to Shangri-La Resort! Additional amenities, unique privileges, golf course renovations and new tech-filled carts are included in the new Shangri-La Resort facilities. With the opening of our new Resort Hotel just a few weeks away, we want to make our friends and supporters in the Grand Lake community aware of what amenities will be reserved for members and resort guests – and what will be open to the general public.
 
Beginning May 1, 2017, the Summit Restaurant and Buffalo Bar at the Clubhouse will be open only to Shangri-La members, guests who accompany our members, and resort guests. Friday, May 5, Eddy’s Lakeside Bar will be open weekends from 11:00 a.m. Friday-Sunday at the former Island Joe’s location at our marina. Later in the month, when our new hotel opens, Doc’s Bar & Grill will offer indoor and outdoor dining.  Both Doc’s and Eddy’s will be open to the public. Once open, Doc’s Bar & Grill will provide Grand Lake’s most extensive food service, open from 7:00 a.m. daily with food service available until 10:00 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and until midnight Friday & Saturday.
 
Our pool facilities, including our outdoor resort pool & splash pad as well as the indoor pool, will be open exclusively to Shangri-La members and guests, and hotel guests. Restaurant, bar; and spa facilities at the hotel will be open to the public.
