Craig County Emergency Management Safe Room Rebate Meeting
Craig County emergency management is hosting a meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 6:00 p.m. at the Craig County Community Center (fairgrounds) for everyone interested in the upcoming safe room rebate program. We had one of these grants about 4 years ago and were able to install 85 new safe rooms on homeowners' properties.
Attendance at Tuesday's meeting is MANDATORY if you are interested in applying for a safe room. Some of the basic guidelines include: you must reside in Craig County and you must own and reside at the property for which you are applying.
