Event to feature epic, one time only, PBR World Champion “Face-Off”
Vinita, OK. – Get ready, Oklahoma! The 2nd Annual Professional Bull Riders’ Hometown Dodge Challenger, will buck into Vinita, Oklahoma this summer with all of the edge of your seat excitement that fans have been clamoring for since last year’s event, and then some. Featuring more action, more thrill and more fun than ever before, the 2nd Annual Hometown Dodge Challenger kicks off at 7:30 P.M. on Saturday, June 17th at the American Legion Arena in Vinita.
Making this a must see, can’t miss, hot ticket event of the ages, two-time PBR World Champion, J.B. Mauney, arguably the most prolific and popular athlete in western sports history and 2016 World Champion, Cooper Davis, will face off in head to head competition. But before that, fellow PBR stars will join them in competition to face-off with foes nearly 10 times their weight in sinewy brawn during the most thrilling 8 seconds in sports where only one athlete will be left standing. Each of the bull riders competing will get on one bull in Round 1. The Top 10 riders from that round will compete in the championship round to determine who will take home the coveted trophy.
Immediately after the champion is crowned, fans will be treated to an extraordinary and once in a lifetime moment when seasoned PBR veteran J.B. Mauney, faces off with “Mr. Good Guy” and newest member of the world’s “superstar” roster, reigning PBR World Champion, Cooper Davis. In a moment that fans have only dreamed about, these two elite champions will meet each other head on to determine who will wear the title of world’s undeniable best. This is the only time this will happen this season…and maybe ever. Fans will not want to miss this.
Tickets for the 2nd Annual Hometown Dodge Challenger go on sale Monday, May 8 and start at only $20 in advance for adults and $5 for children, ages 2-12. Tickets will increase to $25 for adults on the day of the show. VIP Box Seats can be purchased for $30 for adults and children.
