Secondly, we have to consider the cost of the gift. We don’t want you to think we’re cheap, but we don't have Elon Musk's money in the bank. So, it's essential to get creative with your gift ideas. Why not make a personalized basket of his favorite things - grilling supplies, gift cards, beer, and maybe some golf balls? Maybe even a day trip somewhere and stop for lunch? These thoughtful and unique ideas will make him feel special but won’t leave us broke for the rest of the year. 

Lastly, we must consider whether your dad needs the gift. There’s no point in getting him something he’s already got ten of. Will you ask him what he wants this year, or risk looking foolish for getting him something he already has? These are the tough dilemmas we face every year.
