Tim and Ann Bailey love Grand Lake.
They have been frequent visitors since 1987, when they first visited and fell in love with the area. Then, in 2019, they were fortunate enough to purchase a house in Honey Creek and make Grand Lake their full-time home.
Like most Grand Lakers, Tim and Ann have embraced outdoor living. They enjoy their family and spending time teaching their grandchildren all the wonderful things that Grand Lake has to offer, like fishing for Grand Lake crappie, swimming off their dock and evening boat rides to watch the glorious Grand sunsets.

So when, in late 2021, the opportunity arose to purchase Note-Able Outdoor Living from Ken and Myra Noteboom, they felt like it would be a perfect fit.
“We are so proud to be part of this wonderful community,” Tim said. “Ken and Myra did a great job building the business and developing wonderful customer relationships. Our intention is to grow our presence on social media, foster customer relations and give back to the community.”
