---Scared on the highway - - -

In July, it was hot and I was scared. I’m running up and down the median – and have no idea why I’m homeless - - or why no one wants me. Then a good Samaritan stops, picks me up and takes me to the Pauls Valley Animal Shelter. They named me Wiggles. Little did I know this was the beginning of a fairy tale and I would soon be in my new home in Colorado.

A few short weeks later I find myself in a van going to PAAS Ride-to-Rescue in Vinita, Oklahoma. Once there, I look around and there’s lots of dogs just like me. We’re homeless, we’re adorable, we’re scared and we have no idea how lucky we are.

We all make the overnight trip from PAAS to Dumb Friends League in Castle Rock, Colorado. That’s when my life suddenly became perfect for me. Luckily, Alice and Kurt knew I was the one to add to their lives. I now live with them and my new best friend Scout. My forever Mom shared all the pictures of my new family. At first, I was afraid when they would reach out – but then I realized they wanted to pet me, hug me and feed me. Enjoy looking at the pictures - - as you can see I hit the jackpot when it comes to a new home.
