Delilah is a very precious senior girl (probably 10+ years young) that ended up at the shelter through no fault of her own. She is not sure what happened to her previous life and is a little scared living at the shelter, and is in need of an immediate home, possibly a Foster Home to help her adjust to the unexpected turn in her life. Second Chance Pet Rescue will have Delilah vet checked and hopes to have her placed in a foster home or adopted soon as there has been some interest on Facebook about Delilah.
However, Delilah is a perfect example of the many pets that are surrendered to the shelter that have a difficult time adjusting to their new shelter surroundings and experience "shelter stress".
