Help Support Second Chance Pet Rescue Using Facebook Donations

We all use social media nowadays. Well, maybe not everyone, but at least a huge amount of the population does. Second Chance Pet Rescue's main reason for being active on Facebook is to connect and share with our over 6,000 followers of what is happening at our shelter. Photos and videos are posted of recently rescued dogs and cats, heartfelt stories and photos of adoptions are shared, fundraisers and events are announced, and now much needed donations for our non-profit can be collected through Facebook.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, our animal rescue organization has been approved by Facebook to use its charitable donation tools on Second Chance's page header and via our posts. It is easy for any individual to donate by using the donate button without having to leave Facebook. Be assured that any contribution donated via Facebook is being received by Second Chance Pet Rescue, and it is so appreciated. In all cases, Facebook covers all payment processing fees so that 100% of the donation is distributed to our non-profit.

And Facebook recently introduced a new feature that lets you, as a supporter of our non-profit animal rescue, easily launch your own fundraising campaign to raise money and awareness for Second Chance Pet Rescue. Using your Facebook page, you can share with your friends and family about our mission and encourage their contribution to our worthwhile cause.
