Short-Term Food Service Modification at Doc's Bar & Grill

We are excited to be putting the finishing touches on our new Resort Hotel in preparation for our Grand Opening Ceremonies at 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 23.

As you are probably aware, our Food & Beverage Department has been extremely busy getting multiple venues open while preparing special menus and serving significant banquet functions in the last few weeks. Our staff certainly has my gratitude and appreciation; and they are still training and gearing up to provide the level of service all our members and guests rightfully expect.

In order to give our F&B staff a few days to catch their breath and refine our guest service delivery, will only be offering buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner in Doc’s Bar & Grill for the next few days to allow some of our staff some reasonable time off to compensate for the significant number of hours they have spent preparing the new venues.
 
Eddy’s will maintain its regular hours of operation opening at 11am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Summit and Buffalo will maintain their regular hours serving lunch seven days a week, and dinner Thursday-Sunday. The Turn House will provide regular daily service, as well.
