St. Patrick's Day Weekend at Shangri-La

We finally have spring-like weather on tap to wrap up Spring Break Week! The weekend weather forecast calls for sunshine and highs in the 70s – perfect for a weekend on the golf course or on the water.
 
We’re kicking off the sports weekend Thursday in the Buffalo Bar with the first of four days of coverage of the Arnold Palmer Invitational on the PGA Tour, along with non-stop coverage of the NCAA Basketball Tournament including six Big 12 teams as well as Wichita State and Arkansas. We’ll even squeeze in a little Thunder Basketball action Thursday night and Saturday afternoon – and some NASCAR action Sunday afternoon. Pull up a stool and join the fun in the Buffalo Bar!
 
Friday is St. Patrick’s Day, and Chef Kevin is celebrating all weekend long with Corn Beef & Cabbage served in the best Irish Spirit.  Chef has two great dinner specials this weekend (Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights): Slow Roasted Corn Beef with Sauteed Cabbage, Boiled Carrots and Potatoes ($14) as well as Grilled Mahi Mahi with Pineapple Vegetable Risotto and Sweet Thai Peanut Sauce ($28).
