Upcoming Events at Shangri-La April 26-May 2, 2018

Shangri-La’s Men’s Golf Association kicks off the 2018 season Saturday with a Blind Draw Best Ball Tournament (1:00 p.m. shotgun) followed by a mixer on the club house north patio at 5:00. The SLWGA has a regular play day on Monday. Nine-holers will play a Low Net/Pro Drive format while 18-holers play Low Gross/Low Net/Pro Drive.

We have a variety of groups and organizations joining us at Shangri-La this week. The Goss Golf Group holds its annual Shangri-La outing this weekend; and we are proud to also host the Grand River Dam Authority Board of Directors, Grand Savings Bank, Blessings International, Spring Valley Ranch, the Oklahoma Traffic Engineers Association, and Frankfurt, Short, Bruza & Associates.

Chef Michael and his team have put together another incredible menu for SundayBrunch at the Summit (10:00-2:00) featuring BLT Eggs Benedict with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Romaine Lettuce, Sliced Tomato, Poached Egg, Bacon Garlic Hollandaise, Texas Toast and Seasoned Breakfast Potatoes ($14), a Festivus Sammy with Roasted Turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry Chutney, Turkey Gravy, Fried Egg, Ciabatta Roll, and Sweet Potato Souffle ($13), White Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake French Toast with Brioche Bread, White Chocolate Cream Cheese, Strawberry Compote, Whipped Cream, Powdered Sugar, Mint and a side of Applewood Smoked Bacon ($12), and Chicken ‘N’ a Biscuit with two Large Biscuits, Fried Chicken Medallions, Egg any Style, Cheese Sauce, Country Sausage Grave, side of Maple Syrup, and Seasoned Breakfast Potatoes ($15).

NBA Playoffs continue this weekend – and PGA Players are in the Crescent City for the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. Doc’s Bar & Grill is always the best place to enjoy your favorite sporting events. We hope you will join us.
