Bad Habits 101
Some of the bad habits golfers do cost them big time. For instance, do you keep checking your phone during a round? It is a distracting habit that will make you lose even in an easy game. Put your phone away and concentrate on the game at hand.
What is your reaction to a bad play session? It is normal to get angry about little things such as mistakes in a golf game. When the game turns inexplicably sour, or you get bad shots, do not throw tantrums or explode with anger. Learn to handle all situations with a lot of calm and peace.
Most golfers will not watch for the ball. You just hit the ball with a terrible shot and wait for the sky to answer. In the meantime, your ball is resting somewhere in the woods as you wonder where it landed. Always be the attentive guy that watches out the ball.
Blaming others for your misfortunes is not allowed. Learn to own up your mistakes and learn from them. The game should be a learning process without faulting others. Also, quit complaining about the game. There is nothing attractive about whining. Keep whining, and you will lose friends in the process.
