The Grove Area Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting Thursday, December 12th, at The Harbor Senior Efficiency Apartments. Herb Manning has remodeled this beautiful building, located at 1516 Har-Ber Road, into 30 apartments, including 23 single, and 7 double rooms. The rent ranges from $700-$1200, all utilities are included. There are multiple common rooms, community kitchen, laundry, library, and workout rooms. There is a lovely patio area and the complex is
