Spacious RV sites sized for rigs of all shapes and sizes, each with a concrete pad for easy setup and leveling. Sites include full hookups with water, sewer and 30/50 amp electric service. Guests also have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort plus clean restrooms, private showers and an on-site laundry area.

Along with RV sites, the resort offers cabins and rentals for guests who prefer to stay indoors, with the same access to resort amenities and the same Monkey Island location minutes from the water.

An outdoor swimming pool, a 2,500-square-foot clubhouse with a full kitchen and restrooms, an on-site convenience store stocked with beer, ice, snacks, ice cream, Dippin' Dots, sunscreen, bug spray and RV accessories, a large covered playground and a shaded, fenced dog park. Laundry facilities and maintained grounds round out the resort.

The resort community includes modular homes with available lots for buyers, plus modular rental homes for guests who want to live at the lake. Rental homes typically offer open-concept layouts, modern kitchens, large primary suites and covered porches, and are usually offered unfurnished on lease terms that vary by home.
