Pull-through and back-in sites are available, all with full hookups and 20/30/50 amp service on 100% concrete pads with concrete and paved interior roads. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park. Nightly, weekly, monthly and annual stays are offered, and guests choose their own site when booking online.

Located in the heart of Langley, the park is within walking distance of Pickles Bar & Grill and minutes from Pensacola Dam, Disney rock climbing and hiking, local restaurants, South Grand Lake area marinas, Reasor's grocery store, banks, a 24/7 fitness center and automotive supplies.

The official website says a planned expansion will feature an outdoor courtyard and a dog park. These are planned, not currently available amenities.
