Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Weekly Update

April 30, 2025

We are gearing up for a busy month of May!

If you did not receive the information regarding the new summer marketing campaign, please contact us as soon as possible. The Grand Lake Adventure Passport will launch on May 23rd, and you will want to look at the details. There are three options available to participate. Come join us as we work to get visitors and potential new residents into your places of business. The deadline to get a spot on the passport is Monday, May 12th. We are introducing this campaign in conjunction with our retail committee and Chamber ambassador team to encourage new spending in the lake region. We will be doing a series of drawings and giving out cash prices after Labor Day weekend for completed passports. It will pay to shop and explore in the Grand Lake region this summer.

If you have an event taking place in the region and it is not on our calendar (www.groveok.org), you will want to get those details added today. We are continually marketing the community calendar, and we want to make sure your event is listed. This section of our website is the top visited page.

Please mark Friday, May 23rd on your calendar for our next State of the Region event. We will be hosting a breakfast forum with updates from our State Representative Josh West, State of Oklahoma Tourism Director Sterling Zearley, other legislative partners. Follow our Facebook page and look at your email for those details.

If you have not updated our address in your system, please help us out and make those changes. We appreciate you!

Thank you for your continued support and for making April a fantastic month at the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce.

Cheers to a great start to May,

~ Amanda
