Grand River Dam Authority Floodwater Release Bulletin

For immediate release: 06/20/25

At 12:15 PM on Friday, June 20:

  • Grand Lake elevation was 752.78 feet.

  • At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, one main spillway gate and one east spillway gate was open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 20,856 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.

  • Six units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,560 cfs of water through generation.

  • Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 34,416 cfs.

  • Inflows into Grand Lake totaled 37,983 cfs.

  • Lake Hudson elevation was 630.94 feet.

  • No floodgates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam.

  • Four (4) units were online at the Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse, releasing 32,759 cfs of water through generation.

  • Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 36,134 cfs.
