Shangri-La Resort sits at the tip of Monkey Island on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees in northeast Oklahoma. The lakefront property brings together hotel rooms and suites, golf, a full-service marina, a spa, pools, restaurants and bars, The Anchor & Racquet Club, and meeting and wedding space.
Golfers can play the resort's 27-hole Championship Course — made up of the Heritage, Legends and Champions nines — or The Battlefield, a separate 18-hole par-3 course. Boaters can arrive by water at the 240-slip Shangri-La Marina, and families can spend time at The Anchor, an all-ages activity hub with tennis and pickleball courts, an arcade, simulator bays and a mini-Fenway WIFFLE® ball park.
Hours, seasonal schedules and access vary by amenity. The pools and cabana rentals are reserved for registered resort guests and members, and some racquet club programming is for members. According to the resort, day visitors are welcome for dining, golf, spa services and marina activities. Check current hours, rates and access with Shangri-La before you go.
